Website Content Update Agreement

By signing this agreement, you ("Client") agree to retain InsideTheSquare LLC ("Service Provider") to proceed with website content update services as outlined in the attached proposal, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

Scope of Work

Service Provider will provide comprehensive website content updates designed to transition existing messaging from leadership-focused language to content that appeals to creative professionals. This includes:

• Content Refresh for 4 Core Pages: Homepage, About, Mentoring, and Contact

• Creative Industry-Focused Optimization: Messaging and layout tailored to creative professionals

• SEO Enhancements:

  • Targeted keyword optimization

  • Meta title and description updates

  • Header structure improvements

  • Image alt text updates

• Search Console Submission: Site submitted to Google Search Console post-launch for indexing and visibility

• Two (2) Revision Sessions included during review period

Timeline

• Project Kickoff: Upon contract agreement

• Initial Content Delivery: Before April 1st

• Review Period: April 1st – April 7th

• Final Implementation & Submission: On or before April 15th

Client agrees to provide feedback within 3 business days of content delivery to maintain the project timeline. Delays in feedback may result in an extended timeline.

Required Materials

To ensure timely project delivery, Client agrees to provide the following within 3 business days of request:

• Admin-level access to the current website and content management system

• Brand guidelines and original logo files

• Any additional creative industry-specific references as needed

Investment & Payment Terms

Total project investment: $500 USD, structured as follows:

• 50% Non-refundable Deposit: $250 due at contract signing

• Remaining Balance: $250 due upon project completion

Additional revision sessions beyond the included two will be billed at $150/hour.

Any third-party expenses (e.g., premium stock photos, specialty fonts) will be pre-approved by the Client and billed separately.

Ownership & Marketing Rights

All content created under this agreement becomes the Client’s property upon final payment. The Client is free to use the content without restriction.

Service Provider retains the right to feature the completed work, including screenshots and descriptions, in portfolios and marketing materials. Client grants permission to use their name, testimonial, and basic biographical details for marketing purposes.

Project Validity

This project is non-refundable. The deposit is valid for 60 days from the date of signing. If the project does not commence within this timeframe due to Client delays, or if required materials or feedback are not delivered in a timely manner, the deposit will be forfeited, and the project may be terminated.
